Conceptual artist Jeppe Hein flips the traditional viewer-art object relationship in Spiral Labyrinth, a large-scale theatrical installation that frames the viewer’s physical presence within its minimalist structure. Once inside, a sequence of visual events take place between the viewer, the sculpture, and other visitors to create a distinctly social aspect to the art work.
