Under the big top of Sanford Biggers Cosmic Voodoo Circus, fetish sculptures, found objects and professionally fabricated items combine to create a spectacle of allegories. Trapeze bars swing overhead, a glowing marquee smiles a broken toothy grin of lights, constellations of fractured stars mirror stellar shapes onto the wall, and towering fetish objects entertain, all the while pointing to something darker and more mischievous.
